(1) Testing process:

Parts are placed on the side lifting platform → cylinder lifting makes parts reach the height of the detection platform → Push parts to the moving platform → cylinder pushing the moving platform to the detection station → rod piercing → spray magnetic suspension → composite magnetization → cylinder piercing → observation → demagnetization → blanking

 

Working principle

Magnetic particle flaw detection uses the interaction between magnetic leakage field and magnetic powder at the defect of the workpiece, which takes advantage of the difference between the surface and near-surface defects of steel products (such as cracks, slag inclusion, hair lines, etc.) permeability and magnetic permeability of steel. After magnetization, the magnetic field at the discontinuity of these materials will be distorted, forming part of the magnetic flux leakage and generating a magnetic leakage field. Thus attracting magnetic powder to form magnetic powder accumulation at the defect - magnetic marks, under the appropriate lighting conditions, showing the location and shape of the defect

Fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detection machine is used to detect the surface and near surface of ferromagnetic workpieces (such as bearing ring, tooth ring, cylinder, cone, etc.) due to forging, quenching, grinding, fatigue caused by cracks and slag inclusion and other minor defects.
