1. Description of device components

1.1 General Device Information

The equipment is a single machine, manual loading and unloading, the equipment adopts rod clamping, composite magnetization technology, the right electrode pneumatic clamping, clamping stroke 0-50mm, automatic attenuation demagnetization, automatic spraying, recovery, stirring and filtration of magnetic suspension. Magnetic susceptibility Type A 2# (30/100) test piece clearly displayed.

The main components of the equipment are: clamping system, magnetizing power supply system, electrical control system, magnetic suspension spray stirring and filtration recovery system, black light, dark room, demagnetization system and so on.

1.2 Clamping system:

1.2.1, the equipment design horizontal clamping mechanism, clamping stroke 0-1500mm, can meet the length of 1500mm, outside diameter of 250mm within the workpiece inspection needs. The longitudinal magnetization coils are two, one on each side, respectively driven by the cylinder, and can be moved in to enhance the magnetization effect of the long-axis parts.

1.2.2. The equipment adopts the special mand-rod method to carry out circumferential magnetization of the workpiece through the rod method, and check various radial fine cracks that may exist on the internal and external surfaces; Longitudinal magnetization of the workpiece is carried out by coil method, and various annular fine cracks which may exist on the surface of the workpiece are checked.

1.2.3, in order to ensure the accurate positioning of the workpiece to meet the requirements of the equipment clamping. The equipment is designed with a central high adjustment device.

1.3 Magnetized power supply control system:

The equipment adopts AC magnetization mode, two sets of independent magnetization power supplies in the circumferential and longitudinal directions, and two main transformers provide magnetization current respectively. The controlled module converter technology is used to control the size of the circuit current, and the isolated voltage is sent into the electrode and the yoke coil. The current size is continuously adjustable and the corresponding instrument is set to indicate to ensure that the workpiece gets the specified magnetization intensity. With power off phase control function, to maintain a stable residual magnetic, can be used for residual magnetic method flaw detection.

1.4 Electrical control system (touch screen is optional, the following includes * number related to touch screen selection) :

1) The electrical control system is controlled by PLC, including control module and its protection device, current regulation trigger device, ammeter, control button and indicator light, motor, cylinder, dual coupling, solenoid valve, air switch, intermediate relay and other control devices.

2) As confirmed by both parties through negotiation, the equipment adopts an electromechanical integrated design, and the power distribution control box is located at the back of the equipment. The basic power shutdown operation is carried out on the cabinet surface, the cabinet door is set with door locks, dust prevention, filtration, air cooling system, etc. The supplier must ensure the electrical safety and maintenance of the mechanical and electrical integration.

3) In addition to automatic operation, the equipment is also equipped with manual function keys for various functions, which can be manually realized: workpiece clamping (pneumatic), spray, magnetization, workpiece loosening (pneumatic) and other actions.

4) Circumferential and longitudinal circuit boards can be used universally.

5) The magnetization time and the magnetization interval can be adjusted.

6) Equipped with foot switch, the start of the automatic program can be controlled by the "automatic start" button or foot switch.

7) The equipment shell is reliably grounded, and the insulation resistance of the whole machine is ≥2MΩ.

8) The equipment has perfect security protection and alarm function.

*9) Using the touch screen preset current, you can preset the current, automatically track the current, the error value is not more than 5%.

*10) Automatic alarm and display warning when the current is abnormal or missing.

*11) With 30 groups of magnetization process storage function, circumference longitudinal can be stored separately.

1.5 Magnetic suspension spray mixing and filtration recovery system:

1) The magnetic suspension spray mixing and filtration recovery system is mainly composed of: liquid collection tank, liquid storage tank, spray pump, mixing pump, filter screen, pipeline, etc.

2) The magnetic suspension is stored in the liquid storage tank; Equipped with a filter device to ensure that the spray is not blocked after spraying. The filter device should be deep in the magnetic suspension to prevent the filter device from clogging and damaging the spray pump. An automatic stirring device is provided in the liquid storage box.

3) The magnetic suspension is sprayed by multiple sprinklers at the same time to ensure that the workpiece is fully wetted.

4) Check valves are designed in the magnetic suspension spray pipeline to prevent bubbles formed by the magnetic suspension backflow.

5) Each spray head of magnetic suspension should be convenient to open and close, and the spray position, flow size and pressure can be adjusted.

6) Manual spray gun is equipped on the front of the machine.

7) The magnetic suspension shall not be sprayed or leaked to the outside of the equipment.

 

1.6 Black Light:

1.6.1, the fluorescence device adopts a high-intensity DG-6K LED black light.

1.6.2. Fixed and hoisted in front of the magnetization station at the top of the darkroom to facilitate the rotation and observation of the parts driven by the tug after the completion of the magnetization of the workpiece.

1.6.3, ultraviolet illuminance: illuminance is not less than 6000 uw/cm2, the service life is not less than 10000 hours.

1.6.4, can fully cover 1000mm parts.

1.7 Dark room (lighting and exhaust system)

1) The left, right, top and back of the darkroom are closed by high-quality steel plates according to the size of the bed, and at the same time, in order to facilitate maintenance, the type of protective door can be opened and closed; The front extends 650mm and adopts blackout curtain to block light. The blackout curtain adopts high-quality black blackout curtain.

2) The lighting system is a fluorescent lamp, which is fixed inside the top of the dark room to meet the working lighting.

3) Install an exhaust fan in the dark room to ensure air circulation without affecting the external light shielding.

4) The darkroom adopts spray treatment, and the whole darkroom has a compact structure and beautiful appearance.

1.8 Automatic demagnetization system:

The demagnetization system is the original position of magnetization, attenuation demagnetization, and the remanence is not more than 0.2mT.
