Main Performances

Crawler can operate exposure when go forward, and no exposure during reverse

During run in pipeline, can automatically regulate its speed according to pipe slope (ascending or descending)

During running and exposure processes, fault detection functions are available (for water, obstruction, power supply fault, over-current, over-voltage, over-heating of components, under-current, etc.). If any fault is detected, crawler will immediately reverse to realize full-time protection. And it can be controlled during reverse when in faulty state

Remote time adjustment: to adjust exposure time outside pipeline (operation instruction specified in equipment menu)

PLC and a touch screen are installed inside crawler to display real-time running state, and with self-check function to inform operator of fault and solution that can secure smoothly detection progress

Constant power output ensure uniform quality of film

Sensors are fixed to detect water, obstruction, power supply fault (over-current, over-voltage), under-current, under-voltage and over-temperature. As soon as any of above faults occurs, PLC automatically instruct crawler to reverse for protection.

Exposure voltage is continuously adjustable
