FD-GT60 double-track rail ultrasonic flaw detector is a double-track rail ultrasonic electric flaw detection vehicle independently developed by our company. It has excellent defect detection capability and precision. It has high driving stability, good maneuverability, low noise and convenient disassembly and assembly. It can adapt to a variety of rail types from 43kg/m to 75kg/m and comprehensively detect internal defects of rails.
The FD-GT60 double-track rail ultrasonic flaw detector has a maximum travel speed of not less than 20km/h, a maximum detection speed of not less than 15km/h, a cruising capacity of 60km, and a braking distance of less than 20m at the highest speed.
