Working Principle: When ferromagnetic materials like drill pipes are magnetized, magnetic flux distributes evenly through defect-free sections. However, at defect locations (cracks, holes, wear), the magnetic permeability changes significantly, causing magnetic flux to leak from the surface. Sensitive magnetic components detect these field distortions to identify and characterize defects.
The mobile console integrates electrical control systems, excitation power supply, motor drive power, and voltage stabilization components. The computer signal processing system analyzes detection data and generates comprehensive test reports.
