FJ-500 Online Continuous Radiation Monitoring System

The FJ-500 online continuous radiation monitoring system is a device for continuously monitoring the regional gamma dose rate in radioactive sites, such as pedestrian walkways, operating areas, and some equipment rooms within the control zone of a nuclear power plant .

The FJ-500 online continuous radiation monitoring system adopts an integrated main unit and probe design, with built-in high and low range GM counters and an audible and visual alarm module, making it suitable for ambient dose rate monitoring. It can also connect to multiple fixed gamma probes via an RS485 interface to meet the requirements of simultaneous monitoring and measurement in different areas; furthermore, it can be connected to a host computer for synchronous real-time display and control of data at the industrial control terminal. The instrument conforms to the standard JJG 393-2018 "Portable X-ray and Gamma Radiation Ambient Dose Equivalent (Rate) Meters and Monitors".

The system can be set with two alarm thresholds. When the gamma dose rate of the measured area exceeds the set alarm threshold, the host will simultaneously issue an audible and visual alarm signal (the alarm sound can be turned on/off) to alert on-site personnel.

Ø It has two RS485 interfaces, one for connecting multiple external probes and the other for connecting to a computer;

Ø  Provide the probe with a DC 24V operating voltage ;

Ø When the preset alarm value is exceeded or the range is exceeded, the alarm light will emit an audible and visual alarm .
