HV-1MDT-4 automatic turret digital microhardness tester is simultaneously installed with Vickers, Knoop indenter and 3 kinds of objective lenses. The Vickers hardness and Knoop hardness values can be measured simultaneously.

Using optical cross guide lifting mechanism, accurate force value, clear image, is the ideal high-end microhardness tester.

  • Main features
  1. Simultaneously installed with Vickers, Knoop indenter and 3 objective lenses;
  2. 8 inch touch screen interface, easy to operate.
  3. Automatic turret, the test head and the objective lens automatically switch to each other, and the test point is automatically positioned accurately.
  4. The lifting mechanism guided by optical cross guide rail is adopted to ensure the guiding accuracy and no gap; The use of pinion and rack two-stage force transmission, can achieve fast and stable force transmission.
  5. Before and after the pressure, the indenter is located in the indenter protective cover to ensure that the indenter is touched by the sample or other items.
  6. Long object distance elimination, chromatic aberration optical system (option), 40x HD objective distance from the sample is greater than 2.5 mm, completely avoid contact between the objective lens and the sample.
  7. Optional optical system: 100, 400, 800 times optical magnification function.
  8. Light source using LED lamp, long life, no need to replace the bulb.
  9. With a built-in camera (optional), the image is clearer.
  10. Max test force 2Kg (optional).
  11. It can be calibrated according to the standard hardness block or length scale, and automatically corrects the hardness according to the high, middle and low hardness value, and the hardness value is more accurate.
  12. Various hardness values are converted to each other, data statistics are saved, easy to query and print out.
  13. Equipped with RS-232 interface, can be connected with the computer.
  14. The test result data is automatically saved in EXCEL format on U disk (optional).
  15. The test setup parameters are password protected.
  16. At least 3 languages such as Chinese and English can be selected, other languages can be customized.
