Portable Handheld Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector with AC/DC Power Supply and 0~200mm Pole Distance

Portable handheld equipment for magnetic particle inspection. This magnetic particle flaw detector features compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight, and easy portability. It is suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near-surface defects in various iron and steel structural components, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and welded ferromagnetic materials across industries including electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and machinery.

The flaw detector can be directly connected to AC power, or alternatively equipped with AC magnetized power supply and DC magnetized power supply, providing efficient and lightweight operation. It is particularly suitable for weld seam inspection of ship hulls, steel structures at height, and internal operations within pressure vessels.

The instrument meets the requirements of JB/T7411-2012 "Technical Conditions of Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector" standard and ASTM E1444-05 Standard Practice for Magnetic Particle Testing.
