Portable handheld equipment for magnetic particle inspection. This magnetic particle flaw detector features compact structure, reasonable layout, compact size, light weight, and easy portability.

Applications

Suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near surface defects of all types of iron and steel structural parts, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and various welded ferromagnetic materials in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and other industries. Particularly ideal for weld seam inspection of ship hulls, steel structures at height, and internal operations of pressure vessels.

Complies with JB/T7411-2012 "Technical Conditions of Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector" standard and ASTM E1444-05 Standard Practice for Magnetic Particle Testing.
