Our vacuum tank detection system is specially designed for detecting weld leakage on oil storage tank bottom plates, providing an efficient, fast, and economical detection method with a detection rate of penetrating corrosion/pinholes not less than 95%.

Product Introduction

Designed for comprehensive inspection of oil storage tanks, our vacuum box detection system can detect:

Lap/butt welds on bottom plates of any size storage tanks
Circumferential welds (fillet welds) on bottom plates of storage tanks with diameter ≥5 meters

Special Features

Foot-operated design eliminates need for manual pressing or bending
Integrated wheels for easy movement without lifting
Optional remote-controlled vacuum pump operation
