The TU3 laser instrument is equipped with two laser detectors installed on the shafts. Using the TU3 laser instrument enables the quick and convenient alignment of the connecting shafts of the machine tool or transmission device.
 If the detector is aligned, the axis can rotate and the laser instrument will calculate the horizontal and vertical offsets as well as the angle deviation. Additionally, other parameters can be simulated. Therefore, the TU3 laser instrument simulated the spacer plates considering the possible tolerances and thermal expansion. This device also provides other practical functions, such as aligning the screw rolls, measuring the swing feet or measuring the surface flatness. The laser instrument has an internal memory of 2 GB to store the measurement values. Moreover, the device has a USB interface that can transfer data to a computer.
