Overview
Coating thickness gauge is a professional non-destructive testing instrument for measuring the thickness of coating on the surface of metal materials and anti-corrosion and fireproof coatings. Different measuring methods are used according to different metal substrates.
A. Magnetic thickness measurement method can be used to measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating on magnetic metal substrate (such as steel and iron) without damage (such as zinc plating, chromium, Gu, enamel, rubber, powder, paint, electrophoresis, enamel, plastic spraying, coating, anti-corrosion and fireproof coating, etc.).
B.Eddy current thickness measurement method can measure the thickness of non-conductive coating on non-magnetic metal substrate (such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel) non destructively (such as paint, powder, plastic, rubber, enamel, enamel, electrophoresis, etc.).
Application: Widely used in coating industry, manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields.
